Poetry in the Classroom

I’ve adapted these columns specifically for educators who want to incorporate writing by Vermont authors into their lesson plans. Each of these units contains a poem by a Vermont writer, accompanied by the original column, along with an additional section offering suggestions to inspire students’ writing. Instructors searching for more ideas about bringing the poems and/or the columns into the classroom are encouraged to contact me.
